The Australian Government Department of Health is running a customer survey trial to help identify how health services are assisting people in the community. The survey is called Your Experience of Service, also known as the YES survey, and it has been used across a variety of public sector mental health services since 2014.
North Western Melbourne PHN is participating in the project and is helping to run the survey trial via the CAREinMIND Wellbeing Support Service .
People who have recently called the CAREinMIND Wellbeing Support Service on a mobile device may have noticed that they received a text message at the end of the call, inviting them to participate in the survey. Survey participation is voluntary, and the results are anonymous.
On the Line, the organisation contracted to deliver the CAREinMIND Wellbeing Support Service, does not collect or see the data from the survey.
